Format & Upload Contacts

Brevo requires a clean CSV file to map your user data correctly. If you've never formatted a list before, download our perfectly mapped dummy template to see exactly how your headers should look before you upload your real audience.

  • Export your list from your old provider.
  • Match the columns to the template above.
  • Inside Brevo, click Contacts → Import Contacts.

Upgrade the Routing Logic

The free tier is perfect for testing. But once your contacts are loaded, you need to unlock the visual automation builder and remove the 300-email daily sending limit.

Navigate to the top right of your Brevo dashboard, click your profile, and select Upgrade Plan. Select the "Starter" or "Business" tier based on your monthly send volume.
